Real butterfly wings are used after their natural passing and turned into wearable art. They are acquired from butterfly farms worldwide and information cards are included to learn more. Real Blue Morpho butterfly wings are hand cut and sealed inside a sterling silver finding. The wings are sealed in resin making them fully protected and waterproof. The other half of the sterling silver finding is filled with mother of pearl shell which compliments the colors in the Blue Morpho butterfly wing. The earring dangles 1" down from the ear. The wings are iridescent and change hue's of color at different angles!
