I cannot express how much I love this! I literally ordered FIVE before settling on this one. I waited a few months and several washes to be sure it didn’t run or pill or come out a wrinkled mess. Never did! It just feels like cool butter against your skin- every time and even after hours of sleeping; during hot flashes! It was much thicker than I had anticipated and came in a beautiful little bag I now use for lost and missing socks (lol). My only complaint is that it only has ties for the comforter on one end. I was so scared that with this silky milky cover my comforter would slip down every night but it never does. The zipper is a better quality than my best hopes and is far preferred to button closures. I love to get into bed. I run my hands over the silky feeling cover and snuggle my face down into it and it just makes me smile. I’ll never go back to non silky! I still can’t believe this wasn’t five times it’s price! Great quality. Great color that doesn’t fade (as you can see mine is jet black and I wash it- A LOT). The comfort is priceless! The pillow cases were such a huge bonus! They have the flap closure so your pillows don’t slip out. This kind of fabric on your hair and skin is super helpful not to mention comforting! I adore this and am so glad so don’t have to share!

The duvet is as thin as a sheet not as thick as portrayed. Beautiful feel and color just very thin.

The product itself seems fine but the photos shown on Amazon were probably taken in an area with good lighting. I have normal lighting in my bedroom and the product appears much darker. I don’t care for the color and with the shine of the material it is blinding to me. I had to cover it with a lighter colored blanket.

I am glad I bought this duvet cover 1. because wow is it silky 2. the color is vibrant and exactly what I wanted for my space. The ONE thing I would have liked to know is that there can be some minor water staining as it comes out of the wash and the quality of the fabric at close inspection is imperfect. Given that this is a pretty low price for a duvet cover this is a fantastic product and is perfect for anyone that wants a stylish apartment bedroom. If you are looking for immaculate and high end, this is darn close, but it would be worth considering spending a little more money in terms of fabric durability.

I feel that this set is more red than burgundy. Other than that very happy.
