Work well but taste awful
Don’t bother chewing these. Not sure where they got “chocolate chip cookie flavor” from, but gag, these are awful to chew. They are super easy to swallow though. And work well.

Helps reduce hunger and cravings
I initially had doubts about this product but was pleasantly surprised to learn that I was eating less and didn't find myself craving food throughout the day. I generally eat a lot throughout the work day as I find it hard to concentrate if I am hungry. I started eating a tablet with a glass of water whenever I got hungry and would ordinarily eat something unhealthy. One tablet helps me forget about food for a few hours and I can concentrate better on more important things than food.The flavor is good too, it is a nice chocolate flavor. Most other tablets I have tried always have a bad chemical taste and the Cellobex tablets are nice and natural, no chemical taste.I do recommend drinking water with the tablets, as it increases the "full" feeling.
