I gave this to my grandson, and he appeared to like it.

My daughter is adjusting to starting her first year of middle school. Her teacher requested her to bring in chapter books for her reading period. So, I gifted this to my daughter a few days ago and she has had it by her side ever since. She really enjoys the story, as well as the illustrations. The hardcover option is also nice for her to keep it intact between home and school.

Funny and yet it had a good story for kids. My 5th grader loved it and is looking for the next book.

we will need to buy like 15 of these books now. great. there goes my savings!

We bought 3 books and we read these twice a week as a family..they are written well and they are engaging enough to keep my 12yr old entertained...they are a good read
