I don’t know. I don’t think so because the suction cups need a smooth even surface to stick to. Usually only works with metal, glass, or smooth plastic

how do you get this to stay on granite ?

since granite is porous and the caddy uses suction cups you can't get it to hold unless an adhesive is used. clear, waterproof silicone would be your best bet w/o damage to the granite.
