It's folded into 4 quarters, didn't expect that.
Because it's delivered folded, it doesn't look presentable or appropriate for framing. I just received it today, and I guess I need to iron it to get the creases out.

Not Thrilled
I thought this would be a typical poster on paper. It was not. It was on canvas. Sounds good, but instead of being rolled up and mailed in a cylindrical tube it was folded and mailed flat. So it has 2 big creases in it. Very tacky. Quite disappointed.

Really annoyed that this arrived folded into a tiny square rather than protected in a cylinder tube to avoid these huge creases. To try and frame this now you look so silly

The picture itself is nice, however, they sent it folded. It has creases in it. What am I supposed to do with that? Most pictures like this come rolled. Geez…

Mailed folded and flat in an envelope not a cylindrical tube. Why?
Item arrived within a few weeks but was mailed folded, flat and creased in an envelope. We have since framed the poster but the crease is obvious (suspect permanent) even after attempting to remove it with soft heat. Poster is printed on vinyl. Why was it not mailed in a postal tube???
