Definitely worth the money spent.
Would you like your kids to be quiet for a while but are not happy to let them watch any kind of screen. Give them maze ball!. Even I spent many happy minutes trying to get the ball through the absolute maze inside . It does improve hand eye coordination and also improves the 3D thinking.

Awkward to use, looks very cheap and tacky.
The maze itself is fun and challenging (even for adults), but because it's a sphere and has a tiny (really tiny) ball, you have to hold it up and do it from underneath. Otherwise the ball moves at lightning speed and it's impossible. It also has two holes and I have no idea which one is the goal. Wasn't really worth the purchase.
