Swingline 79398 Staples for Heavy-Duty Staples,3/8-Inch L,5000/BX

When I opened the bag the box of staples was in pieces. It was evidently an old box. I had to use packing tape to put the box back together in order to hold the staples; I had to remove the staples and then reload the box after the band-aid approach. As near as I can tell there are 4 strips of staples missing. The picture is after I taped the box and reloaded it.

I'm really happy with the way these have been working for me. I work at a school and we usually have end-of-day reports that need to be stapled together and put away. I ordered the size recommended for 60-sheet stacks and I have no issues thus far. We can also say the stapler plays a role, so make sure your stapler is in good shape too!

These staples are nice and sharp, they go through thick paper with no problem.

3.5 inch x2.5 inch box of staples shipped in 12 inch x 12inch x 6inch box with no filler or padding, stable box obviously broke apart ,along with staples waste of order time
