Hapa Pantry Mochi Taro Pancake & Baking Mix

This was a fun spin on pancakes. Great taste and texture. It's a little sweet, but not too sweet.We used an egg replacer and unsweetened oatmilk to keep it vegan. Not sure if that is why ours turned out more purple than everyone else's?

I tried it for the first time and I was not disappointed. Love the taste and texture of the waffle I made for our kids. We'll surely buy it again.

Easy to make, great flavor, but in my opinion it didn't have enough of the mochi texture I was hoping for. I had DELICIOUS mochi pancakes in Hawaii and was really looking forward to re-creating that experience, but this didn't meet my expectations. The pancakes simply didn't have enough of that thick mochi texture.

The taste and texture were amazing but this bag only made 3 waffles. So I paid 13 dollars for 3 waffles. So not worth it. Will never purchase again. Too bad too because we really liked this mix.

I've tried many brands and this is hands down the best.

I ordered the mix originally to make pancakes and ended up making a big batch of delicious cookies. Really loved the flavoring and prep was super easy as I only had to add egg and a few other ingredients. My favorite part is that it's made from Hawaiian taro and tastes great!
