These feet cushions are soft and cool gel feeling with mesh ventilation bottom. I am on my feet all day for work and have to run around with my flats or heels, been testing them whole week and they are so comfortable to wear and so easy to care for. The pads do provide some support, and my feet hurt lots less and feel less tired. Still wearing my first pair and two more brand new to go, they are great value. Like with any product, individual results may vary, but it’s a good product and great price!

I have a mortons neuroma , a bunion and a deformed 2nd toe from a cortisone shot gone wrong incident. Therefore , my pain level is only reduced no matter what I try . This metarsal pad does provide some cushioned relief , but it was the bonus pad that worked best for my situation . The standard pads fit well , but bunch up easily so if your feet not completely dry it could tear . They are thin. The bonus pad has a little bump and you place it directly in your shoe . Works to take pressure off the neuroma allowing healing . It takes time though. Overall happy with the purchase , just have too much going on to say it cured my situation. The pads a gel and feel good .

These are more comfortable than I expected and I look forward to using them for a long time. Nicer than buying ones for each pair of shoes I own!The picture is very misleading. It clearly shows that you will get 3 pairs/6 pieces PLUS ball of foot pads free. I read the reviews, but also should have read the description which does state that you get 2 pairs + ball of foot pads.That being said, they are very comfortable and I don't regret getting them.

My daughter said this made her feet feel so much better. She has major foot problems due to a medical condition. She said it is a bit weird having something between her toes but she thinks you get used to it.

Walked from one room in my small apartment and these rolled and bunched like no other. I had hoped to find something to wear around the house and practice yoga in since walking barefoot can be painful. It's a thin piece of silicone that really serves no purpose but to cover the ball of your foot, until you walk. No idea what the purpose of this is. The metatarsal pads do not work together with the silicone slip on thing. The pads may go into one pair of shoes but since they too aren't made of much, doubting this will help in any way, especially since i wear more than one pair of shoes.

This is not a treatment at all! I hope the person/ company who/ that developed this item tried them out first before selling! It’s a waste of money. The gels don’t even fit the target part of either foot . The strap that cane with does not serve any purpose at all. It should be a 0 star rating! The picture looks great but that’s not how the foot is positioned! You walk on both feet on the ground! Your feet don’t stay up on the air ! So try the items on foot literally !

I tried these. They seem more suitable for light walking, such as in an office building. I can't imagine they would hold up during very strenuous exercise, such as fast-paced walking or jogging. They'll stay in place better if you wear loose-fitting socks, for putting them on with tight-fitting socks may cause them to become off-centered, or at least not exactly where you want them to be.

If your a male or have large or wide feet don’t waste your money. Don’t fit correctly, uncomfortable, break after one hour of use. For Smaller feet and a lighter person may have been a success. Would not recommend.
