To say this book is a "blueprint to building a life-changing business" is an understatement. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years first as an RN and now as a nurse practitioner so I love quick and easy pocket guides and to-the-point instructions. When I launched into the world of direct sales a year and a half ago, my systematic approach to life and work became a fly by the seat of my pants, learn as you go approach! I would have done anything to have this book then and you better believe I am going to be getting this into the hands of as many of my team members as possible. Romi Neustadt has managed to simplify an entire business model into a fun, easy-reading, no-nonsense guidebook that is easy to approach and put into practice. I have already implemented Romi's process and have seen first-hand how her tools and direction are going to change my business. The icing on the cake is that proceeds from this book go to literacy programs for children which only makes me love this book and it's author more!

Are you ready to jumpstart your new network marketing career? Romi is the lady for you! I love this book and the motivational, no nonsense approach she takes throughout each chapter. She guides you easily through each step of network marketing and what it takes to be successful. This book is well written, informative, and gets your brain in the right mode to work your business and kicks you in the other end to work it like you've never wanted anything else before!I'm very new to network marketing and never imagined myself doing sales on this level, but with Romi's guidance, I found a strength inside and drive to have that success I've dreamed of in order to have more time flexibility and financial freedom for my family. I ordered another copy as a gift to my new consultant and she has also benefited from the power behind Romi's words and instruction.

I have read several different books for self-development. But NONE of them were this raw, real and powerful.I have read this book over and over and over. I have shared it with my team of entrepreneurs. The proof is in the pudding.The tips, advice and words of wisdom that Romi has to offer, can be used in any avenue of life....you do not need to be in MLM to be inspired by her or this book. However, anyone in an MLM or any entrepreneur looking for ways to be successful. This helps set a clear path in which you can follow. It is an easy read, and an easy duplicatable system. I will be continuing to encourage this amongst my team, or for anyone that. needs a pep talk to get over their DAMN selves!! Thank you Romi for this book. It is now our Bible in TEAM TRUE!

I always wanted to have my own business, but I never thought I could do it. I was feeling unmotivated and discouraged for a long time. To lift my spirits, I started browsing online about people who had been in the same boat as me. That's when I stumbled upon 'Get Over Your Damn Self' by Neustadt, and the title grabbed my attention. The author shares her experiences as a successful entrepreneur and gives practical advice on how to overcome self-doubt and improve communication and sales strategies. It's like a roadmap for anyone who wants to unleash their potential and achieve success. The book has inspired me to take my business to the next level, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do the same.

Best suited for the MLM crowd, where one has to put forth the social energy to get the ball rolling on building a career of it. Some MLMs have a lot of training material, others fall short. Some are terrible and give MLM its bad reputation (cold calls, cold messaging, all about the business or sale and never about anything else). Some a great (build relationships, don't ever push, don't sell but teach/inform, let people come to you, etc). So Regardless of which you are in, it is good to have additional information to learn from (or to have reinforced).I know I know, MLMs are baaaaaad. Or are they? Depends on what it is and what the company culture is like- as with any business- public or private. But if your business or intent is based in network marketing, then gather as much info as possible. And if you are doing so by looking into business books about networking, then likely you are in an MLM or are building your own brand. Since this is the age of Influencers, a book like this is a fantastic foundation for learning about yourself and the general ins and outs of networking marketing model.I've read several, usually in electronic format as I didn't plan to ever refer back to them. This title though, this one is worth having in print to be able to take notes and look back on for refreshers. It is a decent foundation piece.I like that it is written by a woman, and it appeals to a women audience. Anyone can benefit. It is honest, brutal, clearly explained, full of relevant examples, and feels intimate enough to feel like you are in a small audience (or 1 on 1) with the writer. She just explains a lot of what you want to know, or manages to answer questions you likely had forming.It is a robust read, but not repetitive or arduous. It moves along at a quick pace as she keeps on point and uses real time language. She doesn't assume everyone has a business degree (I happen to), and so she makes the information widely accessible.There are 16 chapters. They address topics such as tackling your personal intent- like, why are you here.. and although people fail, it isn't going to be you. She then goes into making lists, short and long term goals, rules of reaching out, building relationships and teams, building a personal story (what to include, what to leave out), how to close, how to handle objections, how to get over the BS we tell ourselves, and various other aspects about taking care of ourselves, others, and our growing business etc.

I highly recommend this book for everyone in an MLM business. It teaches what you should know and do in order to make your business a success. A very easy read.

What can I say I needed this book, it breaks it down its so relatable she makes it so so simple and I know that’s because it is really can’t wait to be putting some of the things in practise I should already have been doing! So well explained! So relatable! Thank you! Can’t wait to smash 2020!

Ottima libro, non solo da leggere ma da STUDIARE perché ti accompagna in un viaggio che parte della basi del NM fino a concetti più avanzati. Consiglio vivamente di leggerlo una volta per avere una idea generale e poi rileggerlo una seconda volta cercando di applicare gradualmente i vari concetti. Chapeau a Romi, una vera professionista e donna di grandissimo successo nel Network Marketing.

I knew that I was holding myself back in many aspects of life, but I didn’t really know how to cut free from my worst roadblock; me. This book has given me a LOT of food for thought. Loved the narrative coming across like constructive criticism, love and support from a dear friend. The chapter on fear, yes! Going to read the whole book again.
