Replacement spare parts Top base gear for Nutribullet

Works perfectly- much cheaper than replacing the blender.Simple enough to install, though you may need strong hands. Several youtube videos show how to install this. Basically you remove the bottom cover (four screws), and hold the shaft in place so that you can grab the broken gear base with pliers and unscrew it. The video I saw said to use a rag to grip the fan on the bottom to hold the shaft in place. That may work in some cases, but on my nutribullet the fan would slip on the shaft- it didn't hold the shaft well enough to unscrew the old/broken base gear. But on the bottom of the shaft there is a slot that fits a flat screwdriver. So I was able to hold it with a screwdriver and break loose the broken base gear.

My old fan was completely destroyed so I had a tough time getting my old piece out. Just make sure you realize that the threads turn opposite of what you are expecting and have someone help hold the machine for for you. I chiseled away the plastic on the bottom of the blender so I could get to the groove that allows you to keep the motor from turning. It was easier than taking it apart. Afte 2o minutes (I have no idea why it took that long, haha) I almost gave up but I gave it one last shot.....and it worked!!! Money saved!!

Went on super easy, and works like new! I simply used some needle nose pliers and popped the base off then held the fan with a towel. The old gear (which is left-handed threads) came off after some muscling around with it and then i easily spun the new one on. Now I'm grinding up quick morning smoothies again!

This is wonderful product piece to fix your your nutri bullet when it decides to bite the dust. It did take purchasing 2 pieces though because the first broke within 2 weeks. But...The second one has been working perfect & strong going for 4 months and working even better. Beats buying a whole new blender at full cost!!

perfect replacement & I did it after watching a youtube video. It was a bit challenging to remove the screw, but all good after. So happy I didn't need to buy a new unit.Just FYI this nutribullet doesn't blend frozen chunks of fruit or Acai very well, so manually pulse it to break the pieces smaller or (like I do now) allow the Acai packs to defrost more & break it into smaller pieces & still pulse til you hear the bits break up a little.What broke my gear was a big frozen piece jammed the blade & cracked that plastic into 2 pieces

A little difficult to install, but it is the only way to make the Untribullet, like new agin, well worth it !!!

Not compatible with the 900 series as stated, my husband could not install it, did not fit !

Works perfect now! Yay I got my nutra bullet back working. Just know if you have had yours for a while the screws actually get tighter (the uTube videos make it look easy to unscrew) get can of WD 40 first before trying.
