It is a poncho, which has wide sleeves- could be used to wear on top of your suit or work attire. It is slightly large, and the material is heavy plastic; otherwise, I am giving it 4 stars and will be able to wear.

Cheap! First day mine had a hole in it! It’s worth it for $7 I guess but I want something That’s not going to get holes in it.

You cannot expect great durable material for $8,00.
