Victorian Heart Star Patch Patchwork Pillow Sham

Arrived promply, and was exactly what we were looking for. There was a burgandy mark on the tan area. I called them and they gave me the option to return it, or try washing it. We washed it and the mark came out. They were very easy to deal with. We are very happy with the pillow, as we have a matching quilt.

To be honest I really like the product, it is the retailer that I would not recommend. I bought both the quilt and the shams from the same retailer. I was suppose to quilify for free shipping because of the price but they shipped it in 2 different orders. Then they made a mistake and sent it in an express box so I had to pay almost 9 dollars extra for shipping. I work regular business hours and since I had to pay extra for the shipping they would not leave it at my residence, I had to go to the post office to get it, and with my work schedule it was inconvenient and cost me even more because I had to clock out early to get to the post office before it closed.

Pillow sham's for king set weren't the king size shams , so I had to order an extra sham to go on my bed. Just like the ones in the set. A perferct match. Like it.

I like the pillow sham's espicial the tie;s on the back it makes it easier to hold the pillow in place.

had to have it to finish set for the bed kinda like all is good now four more words to type

My complaint is that the ties are not sewn on very securely.

These pillow shams arrived as expected in a very timely manner. They match the other pieces of this set that I have purchased well. Can't wait to get our bedroom together!
