I love these. My orthopedic's PA recommended putting them underneath my orthotics in my shoes to add more cushion. Works awesome!! Have a pair in several shoes so I don't have to move them around all the time. Highly recommend especially if you have planters fasciitis.

Total hip replacement madr my right leg just a bit too long so one of these in my left shoe and it’s perfect. They also make my left foot feel better since I developed plantar fasciitis from favoring my other side for so long. I’ve got one in all my left shoes.

I've been on the hunt for an insert to help with the heel pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis, without adding bulk to the bottom of my shoes and making them not fit anymore. This was my third product and I can officially say I'm done looking. These inserts truly help with the heel pain I was experiencing, do not add so much bulk to my shoes that they make them un-wearable and I've used the inserts in 4 different shoes/styles and they've worked in all of them. My feet started hurting so bad, I could hary walk. I purchased some expensive orthopedic shoes, and that helped. But, I had a lot of nice shoes that I still want to wear. I put these in the heels of all of my non-orthopedic shoes and they work. My feet hurt so bad if I forgot to wear these. I'm about to order another set.

This helped with my plantar fasciitis. I had a bad plantar fasciitis and this is the only thing that actually helped . I used to have the injections , and I also did the shock waves and physical therapy but it only gave me temporary relief . Since I started using these , I haven’t been back to my podiatrist or haven’t suffered fr the severe pain of plantar fasciitis. Even the inserts that the podiatrist gave me and had me measured for did not help !

Bought these for my mom who suffers from plantar fasciitis. She loves wearing flats but the discomfort has been too much for her. These have helped her. She also wears them when she wears sandals.
