Received a shattered bulb. How do we get a replacement?

Bulb died in 4 months.. used on a set timer for night times use only..Will be attempting to try out another brand..

I can not remark in longevity because the light has only been used two nights. The value is excused! I bought four bulbs for what I have been paying for one at the local store. The brightness is good for my lizard and it does not disrupt my sleep.

I ordered a pack of 4. Only 3 work. One arrived blown out.

One of the four bulbs delivered broken. It was the first one I opened and was worried they were all damaged but it was just the one thankfully.

I was excited to get the product. It was bubble wrapped and hoped for a good bulb. I just put opened them and put in fixtures. They stopped working after 1 week of use. That did not make me happy as I had to pick up 2 more locally and order 2 more of a different one online.

Was thrilled about such a good price, however now I'm not so sure it's worth it, and upon reading other reviews this seems like a consistent issue. 1st one I opened did not work, had me questioning my fixtures. 2nd works fine, we'll see for how long though. Will update from 3 stars upon learning more

This product was horrible the bulbs lasted less than a week each, 4 lights gone in less than a month, I’ve seen it in other reviews but had a hard time believing it…. Lights don’t last at all, horrible buy and waste of your money

2 of them are already dead, about 2-3 weeks in.
