Great Customer Service!
I travel close to 100% for business but now that I'll be working from home for the foreseeable future, I wanted a decent setup rather than have to work on my laptop all day, every day. I ordered a couple of monitors and this dual monitor stand. It arrived quickly, well packaged, and easy to assemble but one of the arms did not hold the monitor in place (the other arm, with the same monitor was fine).I went to the company website and tried to chat but there was nobody on the other end (of course it was late so it was no surprise), so I sent an inquiry through their website. The next morning, I had an email waiting for me, asking for some more detail and (optionally) pictures and/or a video. I responded with just a description (I did send a video later in the day) and they got back to me very quickly telling me that they would send me a new arm, but it may take a few days since it was coming from China. Two days later, I got a box from Amazon with an entire new stand. I replaced the faulty arm (again, very easy to assemble) and all is well.I didn't want to spend a lot since this arrangement is (hopefully) somewhat temporary so chose a stand that was both reasonably priced and had decent reviews. This does not disappoint. Easy to assemble, incredibly sturdy (two 22-inch monitors), simple to adjust with a good range of motion, and the clamp provides a good mounting point with zero wobble. If I needed another dual monitor stand, I would not hesitate to buy another one of these (in fact, I recommended this stand to my son). No, I did not receive one for free, or at any discount. Just a satisfied customer.

Nice product that is reasonably priced
Really like the product. It takes a lot of adjusting to make the arms stabilize. I thought from previous reviews maybe it just needed a few tweaks.... nope. Had to adjust quite a bit to stabilize. But once stabilized, I really like it! Great range of motion, steady and relatively easy to set up.Some struggles: I have Acer monitors. It would be nice if it came with an adapter (or choice to purchase) to fit. I found an adapter through a different company and it actually was a bit of a witch to set up... But, alas, first world problems - sometimes you just have to be smarter than the adapter!Potential cons: I have a sit stand desk converter. These arms were a quite a bit heavier than I anticipated. Fortunately my desktop converter is pretty sturdy, but I do have to be careful when I release the handles to lower it. I am planning on upgrading to a full sit/stand desk when my money tree replenishes itself - HA! Jokes, I have a farm, there is no replenishing. But all jokes aside, once I upgrade to a full sit/stand desk, I do not foresee this to be an issue.ETA: I think I got what I paid for. I was hoping for smooth movement but these arms require an amount of effort that doesn't allow for it. If I lessen the tension, then the arms go floppy or my monitors droop down. It does the job and I think for the money it is fine... but at some point I will need to upgrade.

Great, nimble stand that needs a bit of fine tuning
This is a fairly heavy dual monitor stand that is able to keep my dual 24" monitors aloft with a little work. Took a little while to figure out the right way to get it to fit on my desk which does not have a lip overhanging in the back, but it does have a space I was able to fit this product into. My tip to potential buyers is to ensure you've got the space to fit it before buying. Also, ensure the desk is away from the wall before installing by 4-6", else you may have to replace some chipped paint. The stands themselves are fairly sturdy, and the arms held my monitors without issue. Apparently, they were just the right weight to be perfectly balanced with no changes. However, the tilt of the stand starts out quite stiff, and the resistance of these falls of quickly, so I found myself having to re-tighten it a couple of times to hold up screens that were nodding forward.I've had to re-adjust a few times as I rearrange things on the desk after clearing off the space from the old monitor stands. Re-adjustment seems quite stable now that I've tuned it up. Pulling them towards me, tilting, and fine tuning the rotation are all fine, and the monitors never seem to be in danger of falling off. I've even pulled a screen towards my face to have a literal closer look at a detail, and it worked quite well. It's been a great investment, and I wish I'd gotten them sooner.

Sturdy, all screws and washers provided
Took me about 15mins to install. one problem was there is a plastic casing in the hole where you push it to the clamp. at first i thought that was packaging i took it out. and it was very loose. so i realize it was intended to be there. but it took some force to push it into the clamp. its swiveling smoothly now. good value for the price.
