GREAT POWER PRODUCTION EVEN IN LOW WIND, GOOD QUALITY, I LIKE THE DESIGN, SWEET!
This is my first wind turbine to actually work! I bought a Missouri Wind and Solar Freedom 2 1600 watt and all I ever got was 14 watts and .75 amp!!! Never buy their products they know they don't work! But this turbine does work as advertised and I have Only had it up 1 day and had hardly any wind and so far I have seen 60 watts and 6 AMPS IN VERY LOW WIND! Amps are what gets and keeps your batteries up in the desired safe operating range. I am loving it and I usually have very good winds 20MPH usually all the time and a lot of 30 MPH too, and sometimes a probably double of that! so I can't wait to see how much power I get at those wind speeds! Nice charge controller, resistors seems a little cheesy but it looks like they will overflow excess power OK but overall charge controller is pretty nice. I like the way it attaches to the pole it just slides on pole and tighten hex nuts to secure. I have one turbine where I had to pay a lot of money to fabricate the piece where it attaches to the pole which was a pain so that was really nice. Overall very satisfied and will get more! Only been testing for 1 day so far in low wind but It's awesome so far. It will be nice to not have to run the generator every night for power with this bad boy with good wind as I live off grid and all I do is off-grid 24-7. I'm putting up 2 more turbines to go with it and I have a 2.3 kilowatt solar system already so this will be the perfect compliment. I highly recommend this product, it works great! Take care!

Worst customer support EVER!!!!!! Manual is CRAP!!
The media could not be loaded. I bought two of the Tesup Atlas 2.0 wind generators with controllers in June 2020, it took until almost September to get them!!! Contacting customer support is by email only to the UK, even though this is made in Germany and Tesup has offices in USA and Canada as well as other countries, there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call for support! It was a good thing that I bought two because the blade spindles did not fit the shaft of first one I set up but I broke into the second box and it did fit the second one and the shaft of the second one did fit the blade spindles of the first shaft I unboxed, some really bad quality control on shipping. Good thing I bought two! Getting it set up I thought was going to be straight forward until I read the manual on the controller. I bought, what was stated on their Amazon listing, what I thought to be a 48v wind turbine with a 48v controller. The controller documentation says it is a 12v, 24v, or 48v system however when I installed it and had a decent wind (15-20 mph) and connected a volt meter to the battery outputs it only showed a max voltage of 30v both on the LED panel of the controller and my volt meter. The controller has a switch, Inverter/Battery, with no explanation of how to use it. However, when switching between the two positions there was no difference in voltage output. There is also a rotating pot to increase or decrease voltage (to the battery I presume) which also made no difference. The manual has no explanations of any of the "features" of the controller at all! Now I must explain I'm no electronic wizard so I brought in a couple of friends that are and they couldn't make heads or tails of it either. We read, and re-read the manuals over and over!! To top it all off it takes days for anyone at Tesup to get back to you via email and it comes from the UK not the US!!!! I love the concept of a vertical axis wind turbine as it is much safer on birds, which is an issue in Hawaii, this was the reason I bought it and that it was 48v. I bought two because it is hard to get anything in Hawaii that doesn't take a minimum of a week or more to get here unless you want to pay the same as the item cost just for shipping! This minus the two last sentences is what I wrote their customer support.

Bad products and company
I had a terrible experience buying from this company. I bought their "1000W" wind controller and I could not believe how it was built. It looks just like it was hand made by someone very unexperienced. I can put up better circuits than the one who put that together. It was obvious everything was hand cut, including the box, the circuit boards, bolts do not fit, everything not straight, circuits these were etched by hand, and these were glued to the plastic with hot glue!! I just could not believe it.I didn't even dare to connect it to my system. I wrote them and let them know what I received, but I received no answer. So I decided to connect it and give it a try. As soon as I connected the battery to it, my 50 amp fuse blew up immediately. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't have an in-line fuse. This thing could have caused a fire in my house. In their website they say it is the "best" wind turbine controller. Well if you want to burn your house yes it can be. This is totally false advertisement.I wrote the company a second and third time, but they totally ignored me. I warn you, do not buy from this company. This product is of unbelievable poor quality. You will regret buying from this company. Terrible products, no service at all. Totally wasted $220. This is a scam.

The best ever built small wind turbine!
I am very pleased with our TESUP Master500 Wind Turbine. It performs better than 500 watts, ours is generating 900 watts most of the time. And I find built-in dump load solution is very clever. Normally the charge controllers with short circuit braking cause heating and wire burning because of high amper currents to stop the wind turbine under storm or when the battery is full, that's why I believe the dump load solution is better. It doesn't stop the wind turbine and its blades, it transfers the overload power to the dump loads (resistances) and protects the battery and the wind turbine better. I can honestly guarantee that you can not find any micro wind turbine which is better in terms of investment feasibility, in this one cost for generated Wh (watts*hour) is pretty low.Good one!
