I bought these to add an element of fun to my 3 yr old son's lunches for preschool*. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and dishwasher safe (on the top rack). I have also hand washed them easily. Unfortunately, the little utensils that come with this are super tiny, and lost easily inside the lunch. They are adorable, but not really functional, and probably not safe for a child under the age of 3. They are okay as a toothpick for fruit or olives. Also, there are a few downsides to the stamps, but they aren't deal-breakers for me.1. They don't fit on all types of bread (as shown in my photos--I use multi-grain organic bread). You have to have the huge pieces of bread for them to fit on, so if you buy the whole grain types that are smaller loafs then these are far too large for those, and you end up wasting bread trying to execute the intended design. So, if this is a problem for you, buy the larger loafs of bread and use those with them and they work great.2. I struggle to cut anything semi-hard with these. These cut bread easily, but not cheese, meat, or vegetables. They just leave a small indentation on meat or cheese unless you press down super hard, and vegetables do not work with these.*Another use I found for these is for sensory play. They make adorable stamps on playdough, or cookie dough for baking. You can also stamp them in a small bit of paint and make a design on paper. So, overall, lots of uses for these and worth the price.

If you are using the healthier breads or artisan breads like whole wheat and multi grain, they usually come in smaller loaves which may not reach the ends of the cutters. However if you are using regular old white bread or happen to find a loaf of bread that is a bit larger, then these cutters are great.The trick to using them is to press all the way through, then flip over and run your finger around the outline to ensure that it goes all the way through the bread. Then pull away the outer crust, then stick your finger through the middle and push the sandwich out. There are a few molds where there is a very small crevice that the bread is in and I sometimes have trouble getting that out intact (like the baby elephants trunk).I haven’t use the little food packs, but the stainless steel cutters are great for making your own lunchables with sliced meat and cheese on crackers.Overall, this is a great product for the price.*I purchased this product with my own money and my review reflects my honest and unbiased opinion. Love these but a few of them are pretty difficult to get clean. It's frustrating but overall the set is definitely worth the price.

The sandwich cutters are nice and sturdy, the metal cutters do have a semi-sharp edge where they connect, and picks are smaller than expected. But we are still going to have fun!!

I've only used a handful of the cutters on natures owl bread and they were awesome. The hearts was too big for the bread, but the butterfly, dino, and puzzle fit perfectly. They were easy to use and super easy to clean. The kids loved them! I originally bought them to surprise them for school lunches but I was so excited to see their faces I couldn't wait.

Soooooo cute!!!! Bought for my 5 year old who is starting kindergarten this year, she's a verrrry picky eater, but i didn't hear a single complaint when i gave her a train shaped sandwich, she loves sandwiches now😅🚂, and to be honest i have fun making lunches now, even the metal fruit and veggie cutters are awesome!

Love them. Use them all the time, lots of choices. Cut-off parts make a nice snack for Mom.

Bought this to make my sons lunches fun. He loves it and its easy. My only complaint is sometimes its hard to get the bread to completely cut so I have to flip it and finish it off by rubbing my finger along the plastic.
