Update: 8/6/2019After receiving the replacement band another week went by and then the new watch bands chain broke right at the snakes mouth. As much as the watch band is beautiful, I have come to realize it is just not durable enough.I returned for a full refund and then the actually company, a very nice man named Jason, emailed me and apologized for both mishaps and offered to send me a brand new one straight from their factory, free of charge.Regardless of the watch band the customer service is worth everything I went through with it. They even offered to send me an extra free gift along with a new band. I hope I do not have to come back to this review again and my new band does not break.Wanted this watch band for some time now just never actually bought it. Well when I saw it on sale for Prime Day I thought what better time to buy it, I'm glad I waited.I love this band, its gorgeous! The red jeweled snake eyes are so beautiful. Red is one of my favorite colors and that's one reason I feel in love with this band so fast.I have been wearing it now for only a week and yesterday I noticed one of the snakes tongue chains was missing the cap at the end (as you can see in the pictures.) Now every time I take it off I have to be really careful so the chain doesn't fall out of the clasp or else I have to try and put the chain back through the little hole every time I want to wear this band and it is so frustrating.I did hit up the seller for a replacement band and they got back to me right away and are shipping me a new one. 5 stars for costumer service for sure. I am hoping this was only a small fluke in this band and it wont happen again because I really want this beautiful band to work out.The week I have been wearing it though (to bed, washing dishes, washing my hands, gardening, cleaning house. The only time I take it off is to swim or shower for the watch itself is not waterproof.) it has not tarnished at all. I haven't noticed any color fading in the metal. Sometimes I do find myself retightening the band a few times through out the day but that doesn't really bother me. For all products who have these clasp mechanisms will eventually come loose at some point.Over all I really like this watch band and would recommend it to anyone and would buy again! Two Thumbs up!

The “stones “ in the eyes came out within the first week and have almost lost it twice. The part that slides and is supposed to hold it on won’t stay adjusted. It did come in a nice gift box and looked exactly like the picture and description.. until the eyes fell out anyway

While I love the design, I am unsure about the quality. When I opened the box one of the eyes was unglued. I think for the price it should hold up better and I’m hoping it won’t tarnish immediately since it claims it won’t.

I absolutely loved this band. When I received it I loved how it felt like good quality. It was a good weight and it didn't feel the least bit cheap. I also received so many compliments on it. Which is why I was so sad when it broke. Just a couple weeks after having it, it would randomly fall off my wrist because the band came unclipped from my fitbit (it looked like one of the clips were broken from the get go) but I loved it so much I just tried to be more careful with it. But then one day I was moving a box and the chain broke. I was just devastated by that. I'm trying to decide if I can fix it still.

Quite delighted with this purchase cause I love this little snake design! I got a lot of friends wear fitbit alta watches too, well, most of them just the original dull silicone bands or other ones which can be easily found here, I need my alta look different with them lol, so I bought this and I love it very much so far! I will definitely recommend to my friends later

I bought several bands for my girlfriend’s Alta hr from others before, but this is absolutely the best quality one, just as it described, full stainless steel, color had not fade away at all after these days wearing so far. And the design of the snake is so pretty too. My girlfriend loves it.

I love this bracelet! It’s so beautiful and the perfect match for my other jewelry or to wear alone. The pictures online don’t do it justice/much prettier in person.

I get lots of compliments wearing it!!
