It just was a little dry before it started working right other than that it's working good.

The color cartridge is working, but the black cartridge is causing an error and it won't print. Very disappointing. Guess I'll just pay the 50 something for the canon brand.Update....Chloe was great! She followed up with me to issue another cartridge and to see if I received a better functioning cartridge. The 2nd cartridge is doing great. Thank y6

The black ink did not work at all but they made it right by offering a new cartridge or refund. Very gait with their customer service.

The black cartridge was fine. However, The color cartridge will not work. Any way to return/exchange?Disappointment has turned to relief. They contacted me and are resolving the issue. So, awesome customer service!!

Although the black cartridge ran out in just a couple minutes, Vaker contacted me and Express shipped me a replacement, for which yes there was an inconvenience there, BUT they did indeed stand behind their product and made it right...

This ink received really good reviews and for the price I thought it was a good deal. I am getting lines horizontally and up & down. I have never gotten this with my other ink cartridges. I even reset my printer and readjusted the heads, cleaned the nozzles and rollers. I am still getting the lines. I am very disappointed . I will continue to use up the ink I have left in cartridges but will not reorder.

After reading quite a few reviews on different products, I decided for this one, it has a good price compared to others, was easy to install, product received was as described, and the printer accepted it with no problem. The printout was excellent, no smudges, clear and defined, no need for head alignment or cleaning. It was a good investment, I am very happy with the purchase and recommend it highly!

I already explained this once. I needed ink for my Canon MG 3620 printer. Your item fit that description. However, when the box arrived the application did not appear to fit my printer. (See photo.) After some further investigation, I figured out that the cartridges themselves were the right ones: CR240XL/CR241XL. But the listing "for" did not include my printer. I still don't know why. Maybe it is a labeling mistake. The point is it was bad and nearly had me returning the "wrong" cartridges to Amazon. The cartridges are working just fine, but the whole ordeal was disconcerting. Before I order again, I would like an explanation as to what happened.
