We are very pleased with this shelf and drying rack. It looks great in our laundry room -- exactly what I was hoping to find. I was able to hang multiple items to dry (a full week's worth of my shirts and blouses that I don't put in the dryer). It came in perfect condition. I almost didn't purchase this because of issues other buyers had.I was pleased ours was perfect. The only issue when putting it together was that the two side pieces were mislabeled (opposite of what they should be). My husband figured that out before putting it together, but that information could help someone else. The hooks are kind of small, but they will work well for what I need them for. My husband was pleased with the ease of installation and it was very easy for him and my son to hang.

This is the second time we purchased this item for drying items that cannot go into the dryer such and underwear, delicates, or items with elastic bands. It is is sturdy and its design compliments the laundry room!!!

We bought this 4 yrs ago (in white) & it is STILL amazing. We use it far more than we thought we would. Very sturdy- I load it up & it is still fixed securely in the wall. I hang aprons from the hooks & have cute kitchen decor on top. I absolutely love it!

I was a little hesitant in purchasing this drying rack after some of the reviews. It came very well packaged with nothing broken. It is fairly heavy so some heavy duty anchors are needed. I've been using this for a month now and it's very useful. The rods on the drying rack are decent. I know some have reviewed the rods as being weak and flimsy--I guess maybe if you're thinking of drying a lot of heavy items on it, it would seem that way. I find it rather durable. I absolutely love it in my laundry room.

This shelf works well in the small space in my laundry room. I would have given a 5 but the bottom corner was messed up. I’m keeping and will just fix because it’s not obvious when you look at it. The back of the shelf is more particle board than wood and is only 1/4 inch thick although when put together it’s pretty sturdy. This is fairly easy to put together it took about 1 hour. Picture directions - no words. I put the drying rack in upside down and had to redo. The drying rack comes out 31 inches from the wall when fully pulled out which is more than I thought it would but it still works. Looks nice.

Love this drying rack! Holds a lot of clothes! I hang dry a lot of my clothes- so this works great! It is heavy - so need to use the wall anchors. I have used mine in 2 houses! Love it!

I should have paid more attention to the box it came in. The box was roughed up and had a ton of packing tape- like it had been opened a time or 2. The. Upon opening it, the hardware was missing. So frustrating! As the pieces seemed solid and did match our cabinets perfectly. But since other reviews said things didn't align properly, I wasn't going to request new hardware and miss the return window. Also I definitely felt that this item had been opened and returned for a valid reason. For the price of this drying rack/ shelf it should have been double checked before being shipped.

Love this shelf, it arrived well packaged and free from any damages. Really easy to assemble until you get to drying rack part, it was a very awkward spot to have the bolts, was very hard to get my hands in there to tighten bolts, but did get it done. Its a very sturdy shelf, we had to put a board behind ours because our studs are 16" on center, but once all done it is very sturdy and not going anywhere. Definitely needs two people to install on wall especially if you have to modify as we did and are trying to line everything up just right.. I would definitely purchase again.

I love everything about this drying rack. It is well made, durable and it’s a very attractive piece of functionality.

Best drying rack

I like the size of the rack, you can hang clothes from a hanger when fully extended. Sadly, one of the brackets holding the rack to the frame was cracked, but I just glued it together instead of trying to return it. Also the rung does not quite fit into the brackets but this does not affect the function. Overall I'm happy with it and it looks great mounted over the laundry tub in the laundry room.

Beautiful unit but very disappointed that the unit arrived with a minor scratch and 2 significant paint flaws from the manufactor.
