Pretty disappointed. These are extremely small! Oddly when I opened the package I saw “XL” on all underwear and for a second freaked a bit knowing I ordered a medium, then I saw the sizing comparison stating it was XL in China but M for US measurements. They originally looked pretty big, until I washed them. Now they are EXTREMELY small and honestly probably would’ve been better if it was actually a XL. I honestly feel like you have to order two sizes up ! And there’s nothing I can do since I opened and washed each pair, meanwhile they barley fit me.

I was struggling to find under the bump maternity underwear for plus sized pregnant women. I finally went with this one and I’m so happy I did! I’m 236 lbs, 5’2, and 11 weeks pregnant.I got the XXXXL which is supposed to be equal to American 2XL and it is! The front does come down a little low but it doesn’t bother me at all. They are nice and loose cross over bands in the front that allow for growth of your expanding belly. They aren’t too loose either! In on photo I show that around the back of the underwear there is a different band that is thicker and stronger to help stay on and it works very well with that too. The leg holes are surrounded by a lace and it’s super stretchy, soft and comfortable. The sound of lace sounds rough and itchy but it’s not at all!Overall these work for plus sized women, they are soft and comfortable and they stay on perfectly! I would highly recommend these!

I ordered based on their chart, but the leg holes were still entirely too snug for my Spanish hourglass shape :) I'm not sure if ordering an extra size up would have helped with the leg holes or not. I wound up cutting slits in the sides to get by until my next brand of maternity underwear came in.

From the moment I got pregnant I could not stand to have anything touching my stomach. I've been going commando for the past month and I'm only 10 weeks pregnant. These undies are amazing. They completely cover my whole behind (and there's a decent amount to cover), yet they don't bother my stomach at all. I can finally wear underwear again. I'm about a size 10 (165lbs 5'7) (when I'm not pregnant) and bought the XXL which fit well. I bought another pack, size XXXL this time and they fit just as well, maybe a speck looser, but not really enough to tell. I've purchased 3 boxes now. I LOVE these undies!!!!I highly recommend these for full rear coverage and no pressure on the stomach. But as you can see, SIZE UP!

I ordered a size or two up based off reviews and the fact these are cotton. After going in the dryer they shrunk A LOT. So now the front goes much lower and barely covers me. I feel like I’m constantly trying to pull it up in the front because they just go way too low, further than the picture depicts. The size chart that comes with the underwear after you buy them is also different from the chart on this page.They are cotton and other than how low they ride and constantly pulling them up in the front so they cover my pubic area, they’re comfortable and breathable.

I had my son in 2015 but got these recently becasue I like they're lower in the front but higher in the back.I have a "weird" body type. I am 5'2 130lbs and wear a US size 12/13 pant. My hips are big but I have a short torso. But my butt is a little on the flatter side.I got size medium and they fit awesome. They cover my bum but don't come up too far in front. The material is soft and comfortable. They're really cute.Definitely measure as Asian sizes are petite. I usually get medium underwear sizes and like I said I got a medium and they fir perfectly. Im very happy with the purchase!

The quality of the underwear is great: soft fabric, holds up well to washing, doesn’t seem to lose its shape after wearing. However the sizing of this product is not made for the US market and the fabric itself could use a bit more stretch. I got the XXXL size after checking reviews and sizing recommendation and the fit is very snug. The waistband fits snugly but doesn’t dig into my skin, however the leg openings are unpleasantly stiff. Who has a big waist, big hips, 200 pounds of body weight but stick thin legs?? While it’s nice that the underwear won’t stretch out (I.e. lose shape) anytime soon, I would’ve like a stretchier material in the crotch/leg area. I was able to wear these comfortably at the beginning of my second trimester but as I’m approaching the third trimester I named to get something else with a lot more stretch.

I waited until I was 8 months pregnant to buy these. I'm not sure why because these have been the best underwear ever!!! Just enough cute to not make you feel like you're wearing granny panties. Quality made and super comfortable! I bought a size bigger and they fit perfectly. Not too snug and still plenty of room for when I grow more. Not bad of a price for 4 pairs of underwear. I thought they would fit awkward because of the shape of the underwear in the front, but they are perfect. I will definitely be buying more in the very close future!!!
