I ordered this set for myself. As I work in a high-stress job, I needed something to help with my fidgety-ness. I ordered this set. Approximately a day later, I received a pro-active email from the seller indicating that in very small percentage of their product, the plug holding the silicone is defective. While there was certainty that I would not experience this issue, the seller was emphatic that if there was an issue, they would fix it. I was immediately skeptical, as I'm cynical by nature, but allowed the situation to play out. I understand that every product and every company goes through development. I received my product within a couple of days, and opened each ball over the next couple of days to look at each one, based on the email. There was one ball that was questionable. I immediately emailed the seller and explained the situation and asked that they replace just the one ball. (I'm glad I did, because it did not hold up and the plug holing the silicone was defective) The seller responded in the same day, saying they would replace the whole set, even though the issue was just with the one ball. I am really enjoying these, as they are doing what was intended - they help to provide me focus during my long hours of conference calls. I appreciate the proactive email from the seller - they have been more than easy to work with, guaranteeing their product and standing behind their statement. I would definitely recommend them based on integrity of the message. I wish everyone cared about the quality of their product

Fantastic product. Bought for my son with Autism. They have survived his constant obsession with swinging them, biting, stretching and of course squishing. He never lets them out of his hands. He absolutely loves them and keeps him busy and happy. He is a sensory kid. They wash easily. I will buy more.

Honestly I would love my money back. This lasted days / after a few squeezes the "white" stuff started coming out / have a good idea but not durable for kids

Full disclosure I have purchased these stress balls twice. I’ve tried various types of stress balls in the past and these are by far my favorite. The texture the feel they’re great BUT so far the manufacturer has some kinks to workout. The first set I purchased lasted a few weeks before the plug detached. I had not read the reviews yet and I figured it was my fault I had been squishing them to hard so I purchased a second set. The second set no longer had the same plug as the first and these lasted a lot longer but there was still a few balls that the plug came off. So I contacted the seller and they were amazing they sent me new updated balls without charge and I’ve had these for over a month now. I asked about the plug because I liked the original plug that had a little nipple thing and I mentioned this to the seller they still had a few in stock and along with the new version sent me 3 of the old version which I also still have. Yes the balls are not meant to be handled very rough if you have the older version.I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THEM ! They’re like no other I’ve had. Dirt doesn’t stick to them, they have different levels of hardness. I would purchase again.

I was reading all the reviews and there were all bad but I still ordered them they have a clay like texture in them and a really thick texture, durability is also so good. BUYING ANOTHER PACK they are so good and as long as you are not trying to break them they should not break.

Love how big and durable these are. Have given purchase info to several others..Both for a fidget toy, as well as for therapy due to age or injury.

These stress balls have a really good stretch and squeeze but have a fatal flaw, they have these plugs that keep all the innards inside the ball and this plug comes undone in about a month or so at least it did for me. So even though this is the best feeling stress ball I’ve ever got, it’s dragged down by a plug making it useless long term
