We play secret Santa at my workplace each year. This year, my operations director was whom I drew. His Santa survey said he enjoyed green tea, not much to go on but I realized he’s of simple likes and this looked simple yet sophisticated.Unboxing, the packaging is well arranged. Care was put into this package to assure it arrived intact.Product: Case is artistic and beautiful which presents itself well. The glass of the traveler feels sturdy and the bamboo lid is easy to remove as well as it looks beautiful against the glass. The sleeve is sleek and easy to put on and take off. I gifted this so I’m not sure how the actual loose leaf tea diffuser works but it looks good and wasn’t falling apart or damaged in any way.Overall would purchase again for my tea lovers. Thank you!

I've been searching for a bottle that I could use for both hot and cold drinks that were not plastic or tin - impossible. Until I found this beautiful tumbler ... with a bonus tea infuser. I was skeptical of the glass at first, but it comes with a bottle cozy that keeps the contents warm and you can easily carry the bottle around. HIghly recommend this bottle/tumbler - will be buying more as gifts for friends! Also, love the packaging - came in a beautifully decorated tube - very special!!!

This is a terrific product! It is exactly what I have been looking for because the bamboo construction, while being attractive and lovely to hold, is also very strong while being light-weight. The packaging was solid and everythign arrived safely as expected. I enjoy using the Tea Tumbler on biking trips, as well as on hikes, and will encourage my friends to buy this product for themselves and others! Well Done!

Don’t write reviews often but buy lots of stuff from Amazon. This item looks great. And is a nice concept of having a double wall glass container. Sadly it is quite fragile and broken on its own after only 3 months of use. My GF is very disappointed. She took very good care of this bottle and loved it until it broke by itself :(

Great value for the money, I purchased one for me and my best friend. I had mine for several weeks tucked away I got only one use out of it when it slipped out of my hand and shattered even with the nice sleeve. I was heartbroken but will purchase the plastic one next time. Someone broke my best friends tumbler also. Love the style of it and the art. I got so many questions about it.

I was really Impressed with this product when it arrived. The packaging is awesome! It comes in a stunning box that makes it perfect as a gift. It doesn’t leak and I loved that the glass design means you can see exactly how full the flask is when you’re pouring hot water into it to make tea. So no accidents! I used a tea bag in the infuser and it worked really well. It is easy to clean and is great for on the go drinks that can be used again and again. The sleeve that comes with the flask protects it and makes it easy to carry. I bought this for myself but I would definitely buy more as gifts. Delighted with this purchase!

firstly the product is great for tea and I've been using mine for about a year and a half and the lid broke through chance, i reached out to them through amazon with a simple message and they replaced it in around 30 hour's, i was not expecting such kindness or efficiency, I use this thermos almost everyday when by the computer for tea so was happy to purchase a replacement lid to continue having something i like and was prepared to have to pay, instead they mailed it out on them and I really truly appreciate that after sale support, I'll be buying anything i can from them in the future and wish them all the best.

Beats the higher-priced competition by a mile, in functionality & looks.As a former coffee drinker, high quality tea is my life. Most important for me, this simple-to-use, tumbler with infuser steeps as well as my tea pot, producing the same aroma & flavor & temperature (180 degrees) for the 2 hours I use it for. The high quality stainless steel parts seal perfectly. The sustainable bamboo shell is elegant. The permanent storage case is uniquely colorful & gorgeous (sits out on the counter for us). Lastly, cleans easily. Highly recommended.

The tumbler is a joy to behold--its use of bamboo and tropical colours provide a lift on a cold winter day! It is also robustly designed and wonderfully efficient. I am an on-the-go person and really appreciate the thought that went into its portability, durability and ease of use. Bravo!
