One easy free modification and it’s perfect.
The problem: the springs are too tight and they pull the camera upwards after it has been arranged in the perfect spot. The solution: remove one or more of the springs (depending how heavy your camera is). Boom. Problem solved. Works perfectly now.I do remote presentations where I need to move the camera around while I’m using it. It needs to go from facing me at normal talking distance to facing down and close to the table for a close up of an insect, then back up again. I use this stand in combination with a camera that can swivel left-right and down on its mounting, and I can access any angle or distance I need. (It’s not a Logitech camera but still screws on fine.) Had to do some experimenting to figure out what side of the table to clamp it on so that the view is always right-side-up and it’ll go where I need, but it serves my needs perfectly.Great product, very happy with my purchase.

It's a great clamp mount for the Logitech C920 with a great price.
It's a great clamp mount for the Logitech C920. That's all I really have to say, but let's delve deeper into its pros and cons.Pros:1. It's sturdy. It doesn't shake the camera and stays stable.2. The camera position can be changed very easily and it feels a bit like adjusting a desk lamp because it's very similar to a common kind of lamp.Cons:1. The sturdiness makes it less adjustable than some other solutions. I found that the arm didn't position properly to be next to a wall, so I had to turn it sideways to compensate. That meant having some awkward angles for the cam when trying to tilt it. It would have been nice to have an adjustable tilt direction.2. The clamp may not attach easily to all desk types. It needs a somewhat thick desk surface to clamp onto it securely. If your desk is too thin, the clamp has problems getting adjusted to fit snuggly to a thin surface. That said, it works fine for most wood surfaces. My problem was that the sides of my desk did not have room for the clamp and the back of the desk was against a wall. If you have a similar situation, you may want something that screws into the desk inside (which is obviously a challenge that involves desk modification). So yeah, it's a clamp mount arm thing. Get it if you want it. It has high build quality.

Works perfectly
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to be able to point the camera down onto my desk so I could do a drawing (like a whitboard) when explaining some software design feature. It works perfectly, and easly supports the camera with ring light. Easy to swivel down or back up when needed. I have large monitors, if it was another 6-12 inches longer I would have had more options. Best solution I could find and it works.

Pretty good, great with a little modification
Over all the structure is good. There are a few plastic parts (the mid arm spring mount points) that I will be swapping for nuts and bolts as well as the plastic insert in the desk clamp was loose and needed more bulk. Holds my web cam great just needs a bit more metal parts.
