I have been struggling with constipation for 20 years. Before I found Calm, I was drinking prune juice daily and it worked for me, but I don’t like prune taste and was struggling to drink everyday. Also it takes a couple hours to go bathroom so had to wake up early everyday for the routine.Since I started taking Calm before I go sleep, I can go bathroom first thing in the morning for no problem and my stomach doesn’t hurt!! Now I can’t live without Calm lolI tried unflavored and lemon flavor, but personally I like lemon better. Unflavored one is very sour, but lemon is just lemon juice to me lol I really recommend Calm for whoever struggling with constipation!

So far so good! I haven't noticed any health improvements but I know it's good for me and it tastes good too. I have it in my tea at night or just in water and it'll taste like lemonade. To get it to dissolve perfectly we boil a little water in our kettle and then put just a little water over the 2 tsps of magnesium powder, stir till dissolved (doesn't take long at all) and then add cold water or add a tea bag and more hot water. I need to take a magnesium supplement for medical reasons. I have tried several, including another Mag-Citrate powder. This one is readily absorbed and got my magnesium levels up to target range without upsetting my digestion. It dissolves completely and quickly in warm-to-hot water (But do follow the direction to add just a little bit of water at first because it fizzes a lot.) Taken a bedtime along with a calcium supplement it helps me fall asleep too. I even found the taste mild but pleasant.

I heard about this product on the Model Health Show and decided to check it out. I had been having digestive issues (similar symptoms to IBS) and my concern around them was keeping me up at night. I have been taking one teaspoon with 8oz of water each night and drift off to sleep on most nights. I was skeptical at first, but it has been helping me. I have only had the lemon flavor but plan to try something else on my next order. It does not taste terrible, but I also do not sip it.....I chug it very quickly and get into bed. I recommend starting out with a lesser amount to see how it impacts your digestive system. I have even convinced people I work with to get this!

There are some sellers on here that don't send the real deal well this group sent me the real product not a knock-off. Which is something I appreciate and value. I bought this product after purchasing a sample packet to find out if it indeed does work for me. I can tell it puts me in a much calmer state. It doesn't knock me out to sleep but it's me there better.

Natural Calm is one of the few things that we can't go without in our house. Magnesium helps my older one with trouble falling asleep and leg cramps and my younger one with bathroom troubles... after prescription medications, this worked better with zero side effects. Good price for how long it lasts and comes in several flavors. We've tried the lemon, raspberry, and cherry and they are all a little tart, but the kids don't mind, and if they do, a splash of juice mixed in helps quite a bit.

Great price. I love the lemon flavor. It tastes kind of like a sprite - lemon-lime type flavor. I plan to order more when I run out. I even got my mom hooked on it. I can tell my anxiety does decrease after mixing one serving in some water. It takes about 30 minutes to take affect. It has become a daily supplement for me. Love it!
