These ear pads are comfortable and my clip on earrings don't leave marks on my ear lobes.

These were much too large for our ears and earrings. Great for those with chunky clip ons but they didn’t work for the dangly clip ons we had.

I can barely squeeze the clips of my large clip earrings into these foam cushion backs. Maybe they work for small clip earrings with narrower clips, but they are tight and skimpy for large clip earrings.

Having been disappointed with so many comfort aids on my clip on earrings over the years, from the little white stick-ins when you buy them to the stick on pads, I was amazed how comfortable these covers made all my earrings. Even some tiny ones, it looked as if such relatively large pads were going to be impossible but tried them and they worked! I have very long hair (waist length) and often wear it up and was worried how much they would show. Not much, it turns out, because they are on the inner flap of the ear up fairly tight against the neck and seem very well hidden. (Feel the back of your ear and you'll see what I mean). If I were a woman of color the whiteness would probably disturb me indeed, but for me these work like a treat. Can wear even heavy earrings all day! If your earrings are very very tight, you may have to stretch the spring at the back just a bit to accommodate the size, but it is soooo worth it. I am ordering three more packs to lessen the time spent switching from one set of earrings to the other every morning.
