Interesting read
Interesting, quick read, but lots of typos. Not very detailed on recipes... for example, it may say “take a handful of curd” or “sprinkle heavily with salt”. Maybe not a good book to use exactly as a cookbook, but it was very informative and gave me a better understanding of how it actually all works. Would recommend to anyone looking for a basic grasp on how real dairy recipes work. Also, great info in the beginning about why WE SHOULD ALL BE DRINKING RAW MILK!

I am very happy I bought this book
I am very happy I bought this book. I had tried making butter before by shaking the cream according to another's directions and stopped because it didn't go well. Now, when I read this book, she explained everything exactly and I got great butter. Who knew to keep shaking even though it was like whipped cream?!! I am looking forward to making her other items as described in the book.

I'm sold on raw milk and thankful there is a guy that has a permit to sell it in my area. This book is very helpful in showing me how to make dairy products from the raw milk I have. Worth buying.

Easy to Understand
This book is written casually. It's easy for anyone to read.The information is perfect for first time cow owners who are just starting to make their own dairy products. However, I wish that the book was more scientific and professionally written.

Good basic info
Liked the no nonsense style. Not super detailed, but enough to get you going-like asking a neighbour or your mom for advice.
