Eileen West Women's Brava Cap-Sleeve Waltz Nightgown

I have to give kudos to all the people who guided me on fit. Eileen West tends to run a bit large. So, having a couple gowns in medium that are "roomy", I decided to trust the reviews on fit and ordered the small.To my delight, not only is the fit right, but the gown(s) are wonderful.....yes, I turned around and got a second after the first one arrived. Cannot beat the price on what I consider one of the best names in nightgowns.The model must be tall. I was concerned about the gown not being long enough. I'm 5'1" and it hits me mid calf, not just below the knee as shown in the picture. So, it is a "true" waltz length if you're vertically challenged.Soft. Comfortable. Well made. Happy with the color. I don't see how you can go wrong with this gown.

It is very pretty and I like the shape and fit. It is shearer than I was hoping. I prefer the fabric used by "The 1 for U" brand, as it is not as shear.

So I purchased the large... As I am 38" bust.. But had to return it for the small... Which is perfect. Love this night gown, with the added advantage that I could purchase three small for the price of one large... the lace and embroidery are both high quality, the cotton lawn is cool and comfortable on the skin, no rough inside edges from emboirdery or label. Perfect in this respect and very pretty as well.

Because I read other reviews, I ordered a small instead of the medium I would have normally bought. It fit perfect and I love the cool soft feel on hot summer nights. Unfortunately, I ordered a pair of cute pj's from Eileen West and did order my usual medium only to find them too small once washed. It is quite frustrating. The sizing in her products are so varied, I don't think I would order Eileen West again.

Great Value: Lovely !Your reviewers had kindly predicted agenerous fit-so the "small" size was OKfor a medium-size wearer, too.Lovely lace inserts and trims...sweet little pearl butterflybuttons...elegant design, fabric and finish.Well worth the original price:I would guess that your great discount arose from the factthat the embroidery on the back center placket ended up"inside" the gown rather than on the outside. But the stitchesare fine enough not to irritate the skin.I'll enjoy these gowns for years to come: so glad you offered them.Thanks!

i've had a hard time finding nightgowns that are 100% cotton. This one is a little bigger than I expected but very comfortable.
