Make sure it is yellow tipped charger or it won't fit
I should have looked more closely at the pictures. This charger didn't fit my Acer Aspire 3 laptop. The one delivered had a yellow tip and was too big. Order carefully folks.

I couldn't find any reference for a replacement transformer for my laptop but as this has the same Wattage/Voltage/Amperage as mine I took a chance and the laptop is now back in use.
