My own fault black co hash is related to aspirin broke out in hives after second capsule. Please include this in the warning. I am a medical professional and had not known this. Just want people to know to prevent a bad reaction.

I decided to wait at least a month before writing a review to really see how this stuff worked. I ordered it in the middle of the night after weeks of waking up in a pool of sweat, hot then cold, repeat. Ugh. I was miserable and kept retreating to the living room so I wouldn’t disturb my husband. The daytime hot flashes were more manageable with layers but still bothersome. I started it ASAP and it took about a week to kick in. I am in complete disbelief that I have slept through the night for over a month. I no longer need an afternoon nap to make it through the rest of the day and I haven’t noticed a single hot flash. I am always concerned about taking anything so I decided to half my dose to one capsule a day and I am still seeing results. Big thumbs up!!

I'm actually writing this review to let customers know when you take DIM (any brand )you could possibly get headaches/ migraines and fatigue ! Your body is eliminating the excess estrogen to rebalance. It will subside in a few days but it is alarming when your not aware of these symptoms,as I was. I started a product called Calcium D- Glucarate from Smokey Mountain which has eased the process.

I had run out of this and didnt take for awhile. My hot flashes were becoming unbearable and sleep was at its worst.Yes I had some headaches for the first week. Hot flashes are minimal and my sleep is much better.

I have tried three other brands of DIM, Smokey Mountain 250 mg that contained dong quai, Whole World Botanicals 200 mg with Maca, and Benevolent Nourishment 250 mg that contained both. The brands have helped my hormonal acne, but I thought the additional herbs in this would help painful periods. However, this just made me break out during the month and my menstruation symptoms were not lessened. My sleeping may have been better, but all brands of DIM gave me insomnia.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work for my menopausal symptoms at all (other herb blends have), but giving this product 4 stars anyway because of stellar customer service.Replied to one of their follow up emails and told them about my experience (not expecting anything), and they wrote back to tell me they had refunded my purchase! Super impressed. And grateful. Would try their products again.

The product did not help me continue with my hot flashes

It does help with the hot flashes and night sweats. I bought it mainly to use in coordination with Estrodim to fight my breast cancer. Still unsure on that part. It hasn't been long enough.
