Cartridge only - cartridge is clean and tested with a fully intact label. However, cartridge may or may not show small signs of age including minor scuffs, very minimal debris in creases, and/or slight discoloration. All ClassicGameStore games are fully tested before being placed into our inventory, and we will stand behind our games if any issues do arise.

Great service by seller, my son was pleased with it.
My son was obsessed with this game when he was younger and playing it on the Playstation 2. So when I saw it for Nintendo I had to get it. Works great, he cleaned it before playing it though since he knows all about that stuff. He says that version is harder than the new ones. But a great game for its age.

Classic!
We had purchased an FC Twin and I had to buy this game when I saw it was available on Amazon. I love this game. Obviously, not because it's the most fun game I have ever played, or because the graphics are out of this world and amazing, or because I could sit for hours on end exploring a game-based world. Nope, I picked this one because I remember fondly spending hours, if not endless days, playing Rampage with my brother. We were kids and it was summer, and our goal was to travel around and conquer the whole world. Not being able to save a game back then, I'm sure we got close, but one of us would bump the NES, or a parent would unknowingly turn off the system if they saw the lights on. I thought I could buy this and try to finally conquer the world.Imagine my horror when my husband decided he wanted to play another game and took this out- I had almost beaten it!! I can't wait to give this to my son so he can carry the torch for his mama and uncle. I love this game, and if you used to play it and still have the equipment to do so, you should buy it! Nothing like enjoying the old times for a few minutes and acting silly. :)

Come on, people! It's Rampage! You're mindlessly destroying buildings when you're bored or up at night and can't sleep. This is an utterly mindless game with very little strategy involved whatsoever. It's WONDERFUL!!!

Will not work on machine I bought for it. Sorry to not support the game... would not work Want to try it on different machine....we'll see!.

This is actually a pretty dull version of the game. I think there's a 64 version too, pick that up instead
