The bulb is just fine. Does exactly what it is supposed to do.
The bulb works just fine. The fact that they come in 2s is a small issue. It took years for the original bulb to die. If the new one is anywhere as good as the first, then I will have absolutely no idea where the 2nd bulb will be.

Not as bright as I was hoping.
This replacement bulb fits perfectly and worked okay. I must admit I thought it would be brighter than it is. Maybe the original bulb was no brighter than this one, but when the lights are on in the utility room and I'm looking down into the dryer without actually seeing the light, I can barely tell that there is a light on inside the dryer. (The photo was taken with available light only).FWIW, after I bought this 2-pack, I noticed that the local Home Depot has a similar Feit bulb 2-pack for $4.62 that has 70 lumens as opposed to this one's 60 lumens. I think I will try a brighter LED equivalent for the next bulb replacement.

Exactly what we needed to replace light in our dryer
I'm not sure what we have to compare this with/to. Our dryer is several years old and the bulb stopped lighting the interior.I removed the cover and ordered the replacement which is exactly what we needed.

Another use other than dryer light
I used these bulbs to light a Christmas Angel that needed more illumination. They provide more light than standard night light bulb yet are the same physical size.
