Really good padlocks although they have started to rust, had 2 months

These padlocks are useless for outdoors, I used them for my shed, have only had 3 weeks and Is rusting already, it is struggling to open and is jamming closed. I have bought a new one already (different make) to replace it, complete waste of money

I found these locks very difficult to open and close so I have not been using them. I ended up buying the smaller type lock instead of this same lock and I found much easier.

Used one of these padlocks to secure a side gate to my house, which bears the brunt of heavy wind and rain. It replaced a non-weatherproof padlock, which had seized-up over a period of less than a year. I am confident (having looked at the way these padlocks are weatherproofed) that they will be more resilient to the great British weather. Good value for money getting two padlocks; the second is a spare.

Order a pack of 2 and 1 just didn't work. I thought it was the keys as both sets of keys fit both locks (not sure about the security behind that!!). However one definitely just didn't like the key supplied.Having posted a comment on Amazon the supplier contacted me and offered to replace - I was very grateful and would have been happy with one but got another pack of 2. It's strange that both sets of keys are the same and fit both locks so possibly security isn't the best but the locks are substantial and as I wanted it to secure something outside, I think they look pretty waterproof so hope that they last and don't go rusty.Thumbs up to the supplier for their customer service - thank you.

Leider fängt das Schloss an zu rosten und man bekommt den Schlüssel sehr schwer rein und raus. Max. 1,5 Monate in Nutzung.

Das als wasserfest beworbene Schloss erfüllt keine der Erwartungen. Bei Regen staut sich das Wasser im Schloss und fließt erst nach der Entfernung der unteren Verschlusses langsam aus dem Schloss. Bei Temperaturen unter 0 Grad und Schnee bzw. Regen friert das Schloss ein und muss für die Nutzung erst aufgetaut werden. Zudem ist der Schließvorgang sehr hakelig. Fazit nach mehreren Wochen Einsatz. Dieses Schloss ist für den Outdoor- Einsatz nicht zu gebrauchen.

Hält leider nicht das, was es verspricht. Einsatz im Außenbereich. Nach kurzer Zeit geht das Schloss nur noch sehr schwerfällig, so dass nan Angst haben muss, den Schlüssel abzubrechen.
