Cool and nice!
Great! I wanted an Instant Pot to be able to cook real food during busy times rather than being tempted by pre-packaged or take out food. A majority of the recipes that I have seen from other source have ingredients like cans of soup or dry mixes that I would never use. Other books also have so many exotic ingredients that most home cooks don't have on hand. This book has so many recipes that use real food and ingredients that I either already have on hand or would also use for multiple recipes. There is nothing more frustrating than buying a bunch of spices that will only be used for one recipe that you may never make again. The book is organized in a way to easily find what you are interested in cooking. Interesting one! I like that!

Nice one! Amazing book is here! I like that!
Well i like it! Here’s why I love this one:1) recipes are not complicated and use ingredients I already have2) recipes stay in the keto macro zone. Some of the recipes I’ve looked at in other cookbooks are high on protein, which means you’d need to find a fattier side to accompany if you want to stay in the zone. Not always easy or desirable.3) portion sizes are reasonable, especially on trigger foods. For example, cookie portions are for two servings, not 16, so it’s easy to stay in control of intake.Anyhow, I expect lots of use on this cookbook. I can even see my kids enjoying the recipes. Love that! Book is really great!

I had no actual expectations, but my daughter in law loved the one I gave her. I love this one also. It's easy to use, does many kinds of cooking and browns the meat wonderfully. It's also easy to clean. Keto diet for beginners. great guide.

Lovely book! I like it! Nice one!
Lovely! Well! It is nice! What a pleasant read. This book is very well written, easy to understand and I love how much passion and openness is in the book. It’s not a matter-of-fact kind of book. The author shares his story, he’s vulnerable, he shares her struggles and victories that make you relate. There are also tons of easy and delicious recipes listed. Some as quick as 10 min to prepare. I’m hooked! Can’t wait to start on this Keto journey! This book has made me motivated than ever! Cool! I like that! Nice

Don't Waste Your Money
This book is a waste of your money and your time. First, I don't think Adam Sanders has actually read a decent cookbook, because he doesn't know how to provide ingredient information, let alone cooking instructions. He says things like "fridge" when he means refrigerate. Second, I'm not sure if English is his first language. There are lots of language errors, just plain wrong words and terrible sentence construction throughout the book. Third, there are typos on every page, usually in every paragraph, sometimes in each sentence. Fourth, the keto information he provides seems to come straight from Google, it's badly worded, incomplete, and too brief. Fifth, the guidance he provides on what foods to eat and what foods to avoid is so minimal as to be virtually useless. Sixth, he uses BACON in 21 of his recipes (including in the Broccoli Croquets, his spelling, not mine), sausage in another 9 recipes, as well as pepperoni and salami, and even pork rinds! I am so mad at how this author and this cookbook have treated me that I had to write this review to save you from this pure waste of money, time, energy, and brain cells.

Very nice! :) This is very helpful on Ketogenic Diet For Beginners. i would like to start out can hopefully facilitate Ketogenic Diet For Beginners.I sincerely appreciate all of those. extremely nice data. thanks for the data it absolutely was terribly useful.This cookbook includes a mouthwatering collection of recipes, step by step guide with fully nutritional information and cooking time. I highly recommend it as one of excellent Instant Ketogenic Diet. Lovely and great! Amazing one!

Great cookbook. I find the recipes practical and theyve turned out well for us. Really appreciate the cooking charts in back of the book. Also contains many helpful hints and tips. Keto diet
I was interested in Keto Diet and my colleague recommended me this book. The author provides us with comprehensive detailed information regarding what this diet entails and how we can keep it, at the same time enjoying our meals and losing extra pounds.These recipes are simple to make yet delicious and don't have any weird ingredients which are difficult to find. I love the fact that all the carbs and nutrients have counted for us.Well written book. It provides all the information needed to start a ketogenic diet. I believe the author.

Great introduction to KETO DIET
I must say I disagree with some reviews. KETO DIET by AS is definitely perfect for beginners!•the book recaps ketogenic diet basics and gives you a clear picture of what it actually is & how it works•recipes and instructions are really simple and easy to follow•average coking time is about 15-20 mins max which helps to stay healthy when living busy lifestyle•Triggers your imagination on presentation options (I cooked few and used my own experience to make dish looking quite good I think!)
