Wonderful tea!
This makes a terrific cup of tea. There is a good smooth clean tea flavor, unlike so many brands of English Breakfast tea that don't have much flavor at all. There is no lingering bitterness, and I can drink it without milk or sugar added. It's a little pricy, but worth every penny for the taste and quality.

Lovely tea
The packaging and presentation of this tea is fantastic, I really like the eco friendly bags. The tea itself is great, I have mine with honey and lemon....it tastes great and makes my throat feel so soothed. I don't know that I would pay $45 for this tea, but will definitely finish the box I have. This would make a wonderful gift, if you know someone that loves tea.

Terrific tea
My husband drinks his English Breakfast tea faithfully every day and doesn't like to stray from the brand he loves. I told him this would be extra amazing because it was created by a tea guru of sorts and that it was guaranteed to be next level. I finally got him to try it and thankfully, he was quite impressed. He said it is very flavorful and admitted that yes, maybe it is a little better than what he already drinks every day...this is huge praise coming from him. So yes, this is about double the price of what he normally buys, but at approximately ninety cents per packet for very high quality tea, I say it's worth it. The packets are aesthetically pleasing and it arrives in a cute box. I was disappointed that the shipping label that was attached to the box didn't pull off cleanly so it kind of ripped up what could be considered a gift-worthy box. All in all, if you are a tea lover, this is definitely worth giving a try and would certainly make a very nice gift for any tea-loving friend.

Tastes good
You can tell it is made from high quality tea leaves. This is a classic blend of black teas that is known for its robust and full bodied flavor. It comes in a 50 eco friendly pyramid tea bag sachets pack. You simply place one tea bag in a cup or mug and pour hot water over it. Allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes. You can add sweetener or milk to taste, although I prefer to drink it as is.I like that the sachets are made from biodegradable materials meaning they are an environmentally friendly choice. It can be enjoyed at any time of day. Being that it has 50 tea bags, I will enjoy this for weeks.

Not sure how this tea can be considered eco-friendly?
The first thing that struck me with this tea was the amount of packaging waste! I should have looked closer before ordering this item and assuming it was actually eco-friendly.First, It came in a huge box and each teabag was individually wrapped in plastic. I honestly couldn't fit the box in my cupboard based on the way it was packaged, so I ended up removing every teabag from the plastic and all of the bags easily fit into a small quart-sized storage container. I looked for information on the package and online to see if it might be made of bio-plastic or compostable...but I didn't find any. So I assume it was plastic. In addition, the bags are made of PLA, and claiming this is eco-friendly is essentially greenwashing. Sure, it's better than a nylon teabag. But it takes energy to create PLA, and even beyond that, most people are going to throw this into their garbage, and it will take a hundred years or more to decompose. Loose-leaf tea or paper teabags which can be home composted are MUCH better for the environment. So using a slightly less harmful packaging method and calling yourself eco-friendly is a stretch. The tea itself is good, but there are a lot of good black teas out there that don't involve nearly as much waste, and are much more affordable to boot.

This one is just okay
I was impressed with another Art of Tea variety but this one is just okay. It tastes like a good-quality black tea, but I have tried others that cost less than this and which I enjoy more. It's totally fine, but pricey for what you get.

Expert crafted tea in a beautiful package
The first hot tea I ever enjoyed was English Breakfast, and since then I'm always game for trying different brands of this classic blend. Art of Tea's take on English Breakfast is a home run. It's smooth yet bold and goes great with milk and sugar. The packaging is out of this world. Each sachet is individually packaged in a square pack with a multi-colored design and plain and simple text. It would be a great addition to a gift set for someone. All 50 sachets are in a cardboard box and the amount will last me a long while. The price is high at almost a dollar a tea bag, but trust me: it's really good tea!
