Q: are these good for beginners to starting to practicing their Double Unders, or would u get a thicker rope?

Dear customer, Thanks for your question. Indeed our pack is designed both for beginners and advanced levels to perform Double Unders. Our cable of 3mm is ideal for beginners to learn the technics of jump and to improve coordination. We recommend to use this cable as long as the athlete does not reach a sequence of 10 DU in a row. The other 2 cables of 2.5mm are lighter and allow a faster spin which is better for longer series of DU. Both cables are designed for athletes performing DU during WODs without scaling them. Q: What will happen to the cords if skipping outdoors on concrete and similar grounds? Are they heavy enough not be blown by wind?

Hi, The cords have a PVC cover that will get damaged due to repetitive frictions if you use it on concrete or any other abrasive ground. On the other hand, they are heavy enough for not being blown by wind. The BRANK team

Hi and thanks for your questions. The 3 cables included are 3 m each, are adjustable and made of steel. Q: How long is the rope?

Hi, in our package, you will find 3 wires. Each one is 12' long so that they can fit the tallest people. If you do not reach 7', you can easily adjust the rope to your preferred length. Cheers, The BRANK team
