OXO Good Grips Prep Serrated Y-Peeler

Our last peeler got dull so it was time to replace it. I read somewhere that the serrated one worked better that the normal straight edge. Well I tried this and we both are glad I did. The handle is a tad short for my big hands but it fits my wife's hands great. Still we both use it and are happy with it.

I bought this y blade for peeling butternut squash. It worked very well. I microwaved the squash for 2 minutes first. Hold the squash with a kitchen towel aster microwaving as it is slippery and peel half, then turn. Wash the blade with a brush, a sponge will get caught up in the teeth.

This thing is awesome! We needed something to peel tomatoes and apples. It works perfectly. Only thing is it is pretty sharp...I cut myself pretty good first time I used it.

Great kitchen tool. Difficult to peel tomatoes and peaches are now a breeze. No more having to scald them to slip off the skin. I will never be without this kitchen gadget again!

I love this thing! Super inexpensive, but definitely the best peeler I've ever purchased. Bought it to use specifically for peeling large, thin pieces of zucchini's for different recipes, but I've used it with other vegetables and it's quick and awesome!

トマト用は　☆３つです製品としては切れ味は、トマト用だったらいい意味でこんなもんでしょう。星が少ない理由は、やっぱり、とまとの皮剥きたかったら湯煎とか、引っ張るとか、もっと薄ーく剥きたいな、と思ったから。でもその他の野菜や果実、お菓子作りなどで、使える製品だと思います。使い方しだい。４つにしたのは緑色の一般ピーラー。ジャガイモがイイ感じで向けてご機嫌です。☆５にしないのは、他にもっと有能なピーラーがあるかもしれないからです。ピーラーの剥け具合、使い勝手は全くそれぞれの手の癖や好みによると思いますが、このシリーズは良い方だと思います。そのほかのはまだ使っていませんが、レベルは高いと思います。

使いにくいです。上下の刃の間が、広すぎて、深く切り込み過ぎます。非常に使いにくいです。

今までトマトを湯むきしてたんですが、どうしても水っぽくになってしまい、毎回食べ切れる量でしか剥いていませんでした。でもコレを使ったらキレイに剥けるし、水っぽくもならず、皮むきしたものを冷蔵庫で保管できて最高です！気をつけないと手を切りそうなのと、スポンジがひっかかって洗いにくい点を加味しても、星5つですね！
