These are just fine as an Omega-3 pill. I just wish they didnt add red food dye. My question is "Why even do that?!" Red 40 is something that the Department of Health and Human Services says is “reasonably anticipated” to be a human carcinogen. Why add the weird red ring around the middle of the pill?

These were bigger than I expected, but they're not too big to swallow. They're slightly larger than empty veggie capsules. I was also surprised to see a red band around the middle. After reading the other reviews, I realized the red band must be why there's no fish taste. I haven't tried other omega 3 supplements, but I got these because people said there was no fishy taste. I hate fish, so no taste was a must. I would buy these again.

I was worried about the effects Omega 3 would have on my body but i am happy to report that I had have no bad side effects such as burping. This pill is easy to swallow and I take it with my morning breakfast. I have notice that my aches are disappearing and I no longer experience night leg cramps. I highly recommendend this product. My doctor recommended I take some Omega 3 but I have hesitated as I don’t love me the fishy taste all day. I didn’t notice that with these. Excellent source of omegas.

I just spent almost $200 worth of darn tough socks to replace all the old socks. After all these years of finding a solution to my sweaty feet that was already affecting my work due to stinky smell that comes out from the shoes. Darn tough socks stay dry after 12 hrs of walking as I work in the medical field. Paired with a good ventilated shoes, on your toes powder and dr scholls insoles I think that should be stink proof. The cushion is also a plus to keep my feet comfortable for a 12 hr shift.

I have been taking fish oil for many years to supplement my diet, but hate the fishy burping taste so I decided to try these instead of my regular fish oil pills. I am please the fishy taste has gone away using this product.
