First the box itself was flawless. Wasn’t cheap or flimsy at all. Product set perfectly within the box with no marks. My husband loved it!! The glasses are also heavy and thick. Worth the price and actually a very good price for the quality.

Not Engraved/Sticker Flaking off in the box
***Update: due to the seller sending a new product where the label wasn't peeling off. The item is still not engraved but I do appreciate the replacement.*** This product is not engraved. I took it out of the box and the sticker is flaking off in pieces. I don't understand why it was shipped to me in this condition. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. Wish the quality would match the price.

Perfect retirement gift
The side panel on the customized box came unglued, nothing a little hot glue gun couldn’t fix. Was purchased for a colleague who was retiring and they were impressed. Hard to get this guy to smile…he smiled big. Thank you!
