It’s alright - three stars is a bit generous.
These candles could be better. Delivery and secure packaging was delivered on time (both times). Originally sent product had a faulty candle that would not turn on and another that would but was stuck on very low dim and wouldn’t flicker, so I exchanged for replacement. Originally sent product design was matte with textured sides that made them look like real candles. The replacement candles’ sides are smooth and glossy so it was not replaced with the exact same product. The replacement also has one of the candles plastic electronic attachment piece the fits on the bottom and goes up into the candle that won’t stay put so it falls out when the candle is lifted, which pulls at the wiring. I’m just going to try and super glue it so it stays instead of dealing with another exchange. The remote does work. It is hit or miss if it works on all of them at the same time. If they all worked and it was the matte textured original product it would be a really nice set, although seems somewhat flimsy/delicate so I’m not sure how long they will last. Overall average product, fast service for exchange although it wasn’t the exact product replacement.

Pro:they look nice. The wax exstier was a nice touch. And the flickering effect sold that they were candles.Cons: 2 of 5 didn't work. DOA.Note contacted seller. Waited a few days no response. Now automated return is my only option. Sorry from what i see there is a 40% defect rate and the seller isn't able or willing to back their products. 1 star.

Great product, good price, quick shipping!
Each candle was individually wrapped in plastic and I did find that the tape that held the plastic around the candle was tough as nails and hard to remove. I ended up just ripping the plastic off. Good thing, probably, protected the candle from nicks and such.

Love the remote
I like the remote for turning them on as needed when company comes. Otherwise I leave them off for longer battery life!

The candles I received are a very light grey. They aren't dark like the ones in the photo.
