Good for helping with nicotine cravings. For myself I always buy the stronger 4mg. I find better value for money. Although not for everyone. I prefer the stronger 4mg where other people will not. Very effective in what it does. Good value for what I paid.

Having been a smoker for over 60 years, I've made trillions of attempts to quit, and failed every time, that is until I discovered these miracle workers! I've not had a cigarette now for months (and don't want one either!) The craving has been entirely obliterated... I'm not kidding either! If I can do it... and I know it's bloomin' hard, then you can too, every time you get the urge just pop one of these in your mouth, and that craving will be gone within 2 minutes... guaranteed! The only things that will keep me away from cigarettes.I have tried many NRT products, including other brands of lozenges. With some other lozenges you get a weird kind of gel like texture.They last about 45minutes and are a lot cheaper than smoking.Niquitin lozenges generally taste and feel exactly the same as supermarket brand nicotine lozenges.You get that kind of nicotine burning in the throat when you use these. I know some people dislike that.Beware that you will probably get just as addicted to these as you did to smoking, lol.

I am someone that has smoked for about 10 years. 20 cigs a day, then went to vaping constantly. But trying these and patches. I'm off patches and I probably have 6 of these a day. I no longer crave it, its more habitual now. I have to give it a 5 star.

These are ok, not as good as the mini lozengers as they don’t taste as good and they’re bigger to fit in the gum but slightly cheaper.

At the 'deal price' these were a great buy. I prefer the lozenges to any gum because I'm never sure if I've extracted all the nicotine from a piece of gum and end up with a tasteless, hard piece of gum in my mouth for eternity.At least with lozenges, you know when it's gone, you've had the full dose.These lozenges taste fine, have a decent mouth feel (although the Nicotinell brand have a smoother texture and less rough on the gums) and do appear to be accurately dosed with Nicotine.My only complaint is that they are quite big, so can take a good 45 minutes to dissolve fully without breaking them up or chewing them a little. The last little bit does turn to 'slop' and seems to take forever to disappear. I find myself spitting out the last bit more often than not.Anyway, at the deal price I have no complaints. Recommended.
