Great pudding every time!!!
I first bought For8 Black Rice from a farmer's market in Asiad Village, Delhi. Used it to make black rice pudding. It was such a hit in the family that it is now the staple dessert at all my parties. Love that these guys are on amazon - great packaging (not easily damaged, no gaps for air to enter, pretty colors and design) and rice quality is fantastic - my pudding turns out exactly the same every time!!(For those who love to experiment like me, find the recipe online that uses coconut milk. It's the only dessert recipe you'll ever need!)
