Got this to keep peigions from nesting under solar panels. Easy to install, thicker gauge than others. It took about 2 months for the peigions to find another home once installing this. Well worth the price, I'm looking forward to not having to clean peigion waste from the gutters next year 😀

Just got this the other day. Easy to install. No pigeons. I ordered another one for my other set of panels.

I purchased Bird/Critter Guard because I just had solar panels installed and I saw the migration of my neighbors' pigeons migrate to my roof top. Also, I was sent a picture of a nearby home where the entire rain gutter was filled with pigeon waste! My Bird/Critter Guard was installed by a friend, and he said it was easy to install and secure. It has only been up for three weeks, and I am glad to see the pigeons did not have enough time to establish a new home territory. Currently, my neighbor who has the pigeons nesting under his solar panels, is waiting for his order of Bird/Critter Guard to arrive from Amazon! It is the best solution to a very nasty problem.

Not a compensated comment. Well it works, no more pigeons under my solar panels, wow, I'm pretty happy with this product. The quality is there, I say it is a little bit too much for the job, the mesh is very sturdy, you have to press hard to mold it against the roof surface. This might be good for you, but to me is a little overkill. The hooks, the pins could be sturdier, maybe a little more heavier gauge, I found them to be a little bit too soft to retain their shape under pressure. The price, I think it could be manufactured more economically and be just as efficient! I would highly recommend this product if the price would come down!

If you need a critter guard for your solar this is the stuff to get. I ran out and bought one of the slightly cheaper options and regretted not buying more of this brand. This stuff has a finer mesh design, thicker, and a finished edge. The cheaper stuff is flimsy and the unfinished edge has metal wire ends that stick your hands as you work with it.The option for 60 fasteners is good for a 100’ roll. This stuff is well worth a few extra bucks over the cheaper options.

If you are trying to bird proof or critter guard your solar panels these definitely do the job.

Things to know when getting solar: 1. You will get pigeons. 2. They will make a lot of poop. 3. It will be a pain to clean. 4. If you leave any opening they will get in.Get this before you install solar or right after. Very easy to install and works really well, you will not regret it. I tried chicken wire I got from Home Depot, and it did not work.

You hafta figure it out yourself, the silly video and pics only give clues, but its pretty easy.WARNING - there's a heavy grease on the product, and it won't wash off your hands very well!Not thaaat fast to install - it took me about 4 hours to do a 36 foot side of my solar panel array; now I could do the other side in maybe 2 hours because I've figured it out.
