Awesome price for an easy home improvement idea. This is a medium tint...not too dark, not too light. Easy to apply, just be sure to clean very well to remove all dust.

Does not help as much with the heat at the mirrored tint

I have tinted multiple windows and doors in my home, so I thought I would buy a large roll and do them all myself. This is a different brand than what I bought previously and I am so unhappy with it. I get it on the window flat and smooth and hours later it has so many air bubbles in it. I do not recommend this at all!

Installation for one person is not that easy for large windows/doors. It's not impossible. The biggest issue is that you have to always keep the glass and the back of the film wet with the soap solution constantly. Cutting the excess portion is what you have to be careful about. Even with the sharp box cutter they provide, it won't cut sometimes and if you try to pull, you'll tear a part of the film. I did check the temp difference and did see around 10-20degree difference. I am not sure about the UV rays and whether it protects from that. But I'm happy with the film. I am hoping the winter has better results in keeping the room warm.
