3-in-1 Lotus Stick Incense Burner and Cone Incense Holder Ash Catcher

Overall, it looks nice and matches its description. However, the pieces it came in seem to not fit together quite right, so when I try to use the main stick holder it’s very wobbly. The sticks will tilt to the side and sometimes the ashes don’t fall in it. It’s fine to use for my smaller incense, but I’d be nervous if I had pets or children because it’s so wobbly that you could easily knock it down.

Base of the incense holder arrived warped and there is a crack in it. Very displeased. I can't use it because it doesn't sit properly and doesn't look good. I would like a refund or a replacement please.

I love it, it's visually appealing and works well easy to clean and assemble. Measures about three inches.

Much smaller than I thought it would be. Middle knob can not be secured on plate. Cut out for incense stick does not hold the stick upright. Most of the ashes go onto the surface the dish is on rather than in the plate. It is a pretty pattern, though.

These things just sit each piece on top of one another. it does not fasten together at all. the weight of the incense stick makes it fall over. it's very dangerous and could cause a fire

***9/29/20 Update: If you place a small amount of mounting puddy (I got mine from Dollartree) in the middle piece (as shown in the recently added pictures) the incense stands perfectly straight unless the incense itself is crooked. The ashes do fall outside of the holder especially if the fan is on.I hope you find this review helpful.Serves it's purpose and nice to look at while sitting at my desk. It's small so the ashes fall on the desk but I don't mind. If you break off the end of the incense it will stand straight up. Once you place it in the holder you may have to balance it depending on how thin your incense is but it should stand up straight. This one shown was curved so it's probably going to fall outside the holder. The holder 3 separate pieces so you could use a cone if you mind wiping ash off your surface..Note: While I was writing this review the ash dropped in the holder and not on the desk:-D. I also placed a lip balm beside it to show the size.I wanted something small so I'm totally satisfied with this purchase.

The title says this is brass, the bullet points say it's bronze, and the detailed description says it copper. This may be plated with one of those metals, but in reality it's an extremely lightweight silvery metal, I'd guess tin. I tried drilling it out to hold a larger diameter stick and it's very obvious (although you can tell from the light weight as well that's it's not one of the listed metals).The three parts do not fit together well and remain loose when "assembled" (stacked loosely). Combined with their light weight, even smaller sticks fall over. The only thing this is good for is burning cones on the bottom piece (or perhaps balanced coils, but it won't hold a mosquito coil so I haven't tried it).My advice would be to skip this, buy a nice smaller glazed ceramic pot at your local nursery, and put some sand in it. You'll be happier.NOTE: The attached picture is of a modified and used product, NOT it's original condition (which was undamaged). The photo is to show where the holder was drilled in the center showing that the material is probably tin, but certainly not brass, bronze, or copper. The two marks are from use burning cones.

This is very unstable holder, It doesn't hold the burner steady it wiggles a lot and it is very hard the leave the stick on. The tray is pretty small where the ashes fell out of it and it is making lots of mess. I would never leave this on any surface besides my kitchen counter-top because I am scared that it would cause fire or damage to my furniture if it fells, because it is very unstable.Overall this wasn't the best purchase I guess.
