My family LOVES getting together to have hockey "tournaments".

Arrived on a large crate with broken wood braces and a large hole in the top of the box. Looked like the internal boxes had been dropped or smushed also and we noticed some small dings and scratches on some of the parts. The anticipation of getting a fun new game for your house is quickly tempered when it arrives in this condition and you start to assemble. The black base you see in the image comes in 26 individual pieces with 8 assembly steps that took us about 2 hours to finish. The base is mostly MDF and not great quality, but that is part of the reason this brand is less than 1/3 the price of the dome hockey games you see in bars and arcades.Overall took about 3.5 hours hours to get it un-packed, opened and built. Would be nice if the base was simpler to assemble and a stronger material/design. The game play is good, rods are smooth, men spin and slide easily. Pucks are easy to face-off, but smaller kids may need to stand on a stool or chair. Simple score unit with LED's.If you like dome hockey but don't want to spend $4,000-$5000, this is a good option at 1/3 the cost. Provided it arrives un-damaged and you are willing to put in the time and effort to assemble.

Missing parts making it unusable and no help from customer service to receive missing parts. Manual to assemble was not that informative. Little to no written instructions and illustrations not that clear. For a product that cost $1000 it has not been usable.

I bought this as my son and I love this game and played it growing up. This version is a little cheap. The guys spin for the most part but they get stuck on the bubble. I had to sand a few of them to allow for full rotation. The one goalie also doesn't cover the full goal due to limitations in the way the game is constructed. Outside of those few issues the game works as intended. Note that when assembling, the instructions are a little "gappy" so you have to use pictures to try and figure it out. The corner rails do not go on as the picture intends it to be. I have seen these machines for much more than this version so keep in mind, if you buy cheaper, you will get cheaper.

Great customer service. Large heavy box that was a challenge to handle. Difficult to assemble with a lot of small parts. Flawed design near where the dome hinges attach to the floor - there are two small holes in the floor where the puck can slip into, landing underneath the entire assembled system, requiring you to disassemble parts in order to access the lost puck. Fun to play, despite all of this!

Bought this as a gift for my son.After a few weeks it is already show signs of wear. Some of the men will get stuck while trying to spin them. The gears seem to not mesh well. Sometimes the men will pop out of the socket they plug into.The plastic dome was not a perfect fit. Two of the corner men can spin 360 degrees because their sticks hit the dome.At one of the hinges for the dome the opening is large enough for the puck to fall into and it had multiple times before a piece of cardboard was used to block the opening.For the very high price of this product I expected a lot better quality.

Spent $1,000 for this bubble table hockey set and had Amazon provide a professional assembler. This was THE gift for my two boys for Christmas! Professional installer informed that pieces were missing, existing pieces didn't fit together, and manufacturing defects! Now I need to find something else for Christmas! What a disaster. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
