Very helpful to my ankle pain!
This is a nice ankle brace. It helps a great deal to wear this during the day when I am at work! I am on my feet a lot, running stairs etc. and this brace provides the extra support I need to go about my day in less pain.

The sock part was too tight and didn't fit my foot. A larger size, if there is one, might work.

Obviously the pressure that it provides is a welcome to not having anything at all. But make sure you don't substitute this for a good pear of boots or sneakers with proper ankle support. Otherwise it's a pretty decent product.

Amazing Support
I serverly sprained my ankle playing basketball about 6 months and have been looking for a way to support my ankle with something that is not as bulky and flexible with giving me the best support. Overall I am happy with the product you can make up dozens of ways to support your type of ankle and is not too bulky so fits in the shoe easily.
