The Ivf Planner: A Personal Journal to Organize Your Journey Through in Vitro Fertilization (Ivf) with Love and Positivity

Quick read and not used as often as I had hoped. Unfortunately not a good fit for my journey. Procedures have changed during Covid-19 so for me, most sections in this book did not apply. Also not enough space for notes. Do like the 2 week wait activity section, its a nice touch.

The IVF Planner is a must have for those on the IVF journey. The book truly supports the process and guides one into building positivity and inspiration. I know that IVF can bring one into unknown and stressful moments, which is why having resources and understanding the IVF journey by an expert in the book Monica Bivas, who has experience with it.I support women on the fertility journey and IVF is a unique way towards creating a family and having space to write and reflect will serve the journey. I am so glad I came across this book/journal. Every single step was explained so well and in detail. Better explained than how my doctor explained the process. There’s lots of space to write down thoughts & feelings as well as your medications, dates, embryo development and coloring pages to keep yourself occupied during the 2ww.I am currently waiting to do my FET and continue to take advantage of my journal as I wait. This journal has made the IVF journey a wonderful and positive experience!

Love this planner!

Monica Bivas gives you a true account of the emotional & challenging rollercoaster of a journey that IVF can bring to so many women. This book gives you hope, and a real insight as to what is to come along the way. Reading this book, you no longer feel alone. Monica has been through the most unthinkable events that no women should NEVER experience in life. However, she has come out of this with positivity, and of course, her beautiful rainbow baby :) I would recommend this book, as it's an educational working aid to give you full support through the whole IVF journey. This isn't just a book, it's a must have! Monica has covered every aspect. She has left no stone unturned. She's an inspiration and a kind and warm loving soul! Me encanta este libro ( IVF Planner) porque explica de manera simple y breve cada paso en la jornada. Me encanta la sinceridad y el positivismo con el que Mónica nos explican basandose en sus experiencias. Me gusta que cada etapa está dividida por capítulos y en cada uno te ofrece el espacio para escribir o anotar tu proceso, llevar el récord de médicamentos, citas, ciclos...etc. es un Planner muy completo y ordenado. Me encantó! Y estuve muy sentimental al leer las primeras páginas, porque me son muy familiar sus palabras allí escritas. Gracias Mónica.

It was ok. I ended up not really using it

The IVF Planner is full of information and practical exercises to keep organised during fertility treatment. It helps plan the journey and consider so many aspects that could be forgotten when having treatment for the first time. Highly recommend!

This book is amazing for anyone’s FIRST time going through IVF. There are lots and lots of advice pages and information pages of the process for those who haven’t done it before. For this who have this might feel like a lot of unnecessary page flipping. I have included MOST of the journaling pages in photos but there are so many more and some have multiple pages. There is 12 week logs for medications as well which I loved. Highly recommend and hope this helps as I struggled to find a good one on here that showed some inside pages. I wish you baby dust during your journey! 🍍

I was looking for a cycle monitoring tracker to track follicle sizes and bloodwork approaching egg retreival. This is not what this book offers. I returned it. Had there been interior photos, I never would have bought it, and wouldn't have given a bad review.
